Recognises excellence in any department(s) of a CTC production over at least 5 years.

Is the second highest honour the CTC committee can confer (behind Life Membership).

Will be presented to the recipient by Tony Dupleix just before the final performance in a CTC production season.

Will (like Life Membership) be run based on merit, and will not necessarily be
presented every show.
